Your tears contain proteins, lipids and calcium. As you wear your contact lenses, these substances will build up in them.
Any protein buildup will make the lenses less comfortable.
Place the lens on the tip of your index finger. Make sure the edge of the lens is perfectly vertical.
Hold your eye open with your free hand and then place the lens with your index finger on the cornea.
Blink slowly and look in different directions to stabilize the lens.
