Return policy

Shalom Bonic only accepts product exchanges and replacements if the lenses are defective from the factory. We cannot replace or give refunds if you do not like the color or the parameters and formulas you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes. By placing an order in our online store, you confirm that you have consulted your vision specialist.

Contact lenses that are defective from the factory must be returned before we can exchange them and can only be exchanged for the exact same contact lens model, color and prescription.

In the event that you receive defective lenses, you must proceed as follows: Contact the Shalom Bonic Customer Service Department by accessing your account and submit a ticket within 48 hours. Return defective contact lenses to Shalom Bonic, including everything that came in the package with your shipment, such as the box, case, tweezers, and labels. If you have opened the lens containers, place the contact lenses in a new case with contact lens solution and return them with the box and include the opened containers. Defective contact lenses must be returned within 48 hours from the time the customer initially contacted Shalom Bonic Customer Service to report the defect. If you do not follow the instructions above, we will NOT be able to replace your contact lenses or issue a refund.

Please note that all refunds will be made in USD and we will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of fluctuations in currency, exchange rates and fees of each payment gateway.

Our Shalom Bonic factory and laboratory will examine each lens and check for protein deposits that indicate whether the lens has been used. If the lens has scratches or tears and has been used, the manufacturer will not be able to replace it.

Please inspect contact lenses before inserting them.

Shipping costs for the return of defective lenses will be borne by the customer.

No exchanges or returns are allowed on products purchased during sales, discounted prices or discount codes used.

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased during a sale campaign, at a discounted price or purchased with a discount code, are considered "final sales"
  • The product that has been opened or used for hygiene reasons.
  • Products returned in poor condition after inspection.
Please make sure to pack properly and ship with tracked shipping method.
Claim deadlines
If you have any problems with your order (for example, missing or mismatched units, damaged, poor quality or wrong products), please file a claim within 48 hours and contact our service Shalom Bonic customer service.

We only offer replacements or store credit to resolve valid claims, we do not issue money refunds.
Deadlines for lost or undelivered packages.
If the package is delivered by the delivery partner's official website, it is considered delivered according to the courier policies.
In case of theft or loss, wait 30 days after the package leaves our warehouses before taking the following actions.
Filing a police report is necessary for lost or stolen packages to ensure honesty and our insurance claims.
After filing the police report, we will issue a store credit of equal value only.
What is the validity of store credit?
It is valid for 6 months and can be redeemed for any product or promotion at WWW.INT.SHALOMBONIC.COM
Why is my store credit in dollars?
We only issue store credits in our base currency, which is dollars. All store credits are calculated based on the conversion value of the original order.
