OUR POLICIES

  • Delivery times on average 3-5 business days from Monday to Friday, not counting Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
  • It is an AVERAGE, it can even be more than 5 business days if we are in promotions, combos, collection launches or some event that can cause us to have order congestion.
  • Tracking information will be sent out in 3-5 business days, it may even be longer if we are in congestion of orders, you will receive a text message, no text message means that your order has not been shipped yet
  • The summary of the order is sent to the emails, and the invoice will arrive physically with the order.
  • ORDERS DO NOT ALLOW ANY TYPE OF MODIFICATION, it is not possible to add products or remove them, if you have already confirmed the order, paid for it, or still have an effect or ballot code, it is NOT possible to modify the order, it will remain as is which as you confirmed on the website
  • We do not commit to exact delivery dates. We ship in order of payment.
  • SHALOM BONIC billing is electronic, it is a POS system with an electronic purchase slip that arrives on the outside of the order, the email document is a summary of the order, it is not equivalent to an invoice, since that for this type of commerce electronic invoicing is mandatory.
