Terms and Conditions
Your use of the Shalom Bonic Sites is subject to legally binding Terms and constitutes your agreement to be bound and act in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shalom Bonic with respect to access to the Sites (including browsing and/or using any interactive features). of those parts of the Shalom Bonic website. Shalom Bonic may change these Terms at any time by posting the changes on the Sites.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Sites constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS All Terms and Conditions apply to agreements made on the Shalom Bonic website. These conditions are formally accepted by the Buyer at the time of purchase. With the order confirmation, you declare as a Buyer that you accept these conditions. In consideration of your use of Shalombonic.com, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as requested by Shalom Bonic and to maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Shalom Bonic has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, you have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current and future use of the Site.
2. ORDERS After placing the order, the Buyer will receive an email with their confirmation and the summary of the order. Upon acceptance by the Buyer, the order will be considered binding.
3. SHIPPING If the item is unclaimed or the Buyer indicates an incorrect or insufficient delivery address that results in the return of the product, the Buyer agrees to pay the reshipping fee.
3.1Product availability and expected delivery times All lenses available in our online store may take up to 5 business days to be shipped (except lenses for astigmatism that require production time after prior order). Shipping days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your tracking number as proof that the shipment has been completed.
3.2Expected delivery time Delivery times are approximate and not exact. Any delay does not constitute termination of the contract between Shalom Bonic and the Buyer. If the data provided by the Buyer is insufficient to process the order, we will not be responsible for delays in delivery. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery time is approximate. We do not guarantee delivery times. Shalom Bonic is not responsible for delays caused by the quality of the shipping service in each country.
3.3Import duties, sales taxes or value added taxes Some countries may charge import and/or sales taxes on contact lenses when they arrive at customs in the destination country. Shalom Bonic has no control over this and it is the Buyer's responsibility to pay any applicable taxes as required upon delivery to your country.
3.4.Responsibilities Once the item has been shipped and Buyer has received its tracking number, Buyer agrees to assume all responsibility for delivery. The Buyer agrees to track his own orders. Please see our Shipping and Tracking section for more information. If your package tracking shows the text "Delivered", Shalom Bonic will not be able to issue a refund.
4. PAYMENTS a. Credit Card/Stripe We accept the following Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro cards. Internet payment transactions are carried out in TLS (Transport Layer Service) Secure Mode.
5. PERSONAL INFORMATION The personal information provided by the Buyer at the time of the order will be kept by Shalom Bonic in a computer database. All personal information will be processed solely for the purposes of correctly entering the order, commercial contacts and after-sales service.
