Place the lens on the tip of your index finger. Make sure the edge of the lens is perfectly vertical.

Hold your eye open with your free hand and then place the lens with your index finger on the cornea.

Close your eye and blink slowly, look in different directions, hope to stabilize the lens.

Wash and dry your hands very well. Proceed to open the eye with both hands from the top and bottom.

Hold your eye open with one hand. Gently pinch the lens with your other hand for easy removal.

Place the lenses in the lens case with a good amount of specialized care solution.
